Vicars
The Regional Vicar is called to serve as the representative of the Presiding Bishop to the communities and individuals of a particular region that has not yet formed as a local church, or a diocese. Ministry as Regional Vicar is an extension of the Presiding Bishop. Vicars are called to serve faithfully as the representative of the leadership of the Presiding Bishop: through pastoral teaching, celebrating the sacramental mysteries, and in administration and governance as outlined in the Constitution of the Ecumenical Catholic Communion.
